How to buy

We have made the buying process easy to follow and secure.

When you have completed your purchases, an email will be generated automatically to our store. We will then process your order within 48 hours ready for despatch. If any item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you by email or telephone and you may chose a substitute if necessary.

Payment for your goods can be via credit card, switch card or cheque. We will telephone you to establish the form of payment you wish to undertake. By doing it this way, we remove the element of potential credit card fraud regarding payment over the internet.

When your payment has cleared, your order will be despatched with a receipt and should reach you within two working days.

Please note that we currently only supply to the UK and Ireland.

How to return

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the product in any way, our return policy is as follows:

  • If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product, or provide you with a same cost alternative if appropriate. The cost of the postage in re-sending the goods to you will be charged to you at our published rate.
  • If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will pay you the cost of the return postage (including a replacement if you requested this). If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
  • All returns must be effected within 14 days of receipt. Please include a note stating the reason for the return.
  • You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own peace of mind, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
